Creative SolutionsWhat do we mean by ‘creative solutions’? Well, by their very nature they do not fit neatly into a box. So it’s not so much a ‘thing’ as an approach, a way of looking at the world, one that helps you and us to think around an issue or challenge, to find a good outcome. There are many examples of ‘creative solutions’ we have used with individuals and organisations. Some of them may not seem very startling – in fact, they’re not. Why? That’s because the best solutions are often the simplest ones. To give you an idea what we mean:
Two important points to emphasise here: First, if you engage the work-life partnership we will always start by taking a fresh look at your situation. Forgive us, but we do not think clients always have the clearest picture of the real issue. Of course, you know your business far better than we ever will, but can you see the underlying issue and do you have a clear perspective on the action which will produce the best results? Second, we sometimes work with carefully chosen associates; people we know can add real value, people who think the same way we do. This gives our small business greater strength and depth, without carrying a huge overhead which you would have to pay for.
